Results for Diagnostic Phase – 2022-2025 Regional Plan

Find out the consolidated results of the diagnostic phase for the formulation of the Regional Plan 2022-2025, obtained mostly from open consultation through forms for each of the analyzes.

Working Methodology

The work of reviewing, debugging and consolidating the data was carried out by the Working Group formed to lead the planning process, resulting in the interrelation map between each of the elements of the analysis and the strategic objectives of the 2021-2024 World Strategy.

With this information, the Interamerican Networks of Adults in Scouting, Youth Programme, Communications, Institutional Development and the Youth Network, will have the responsibility of formulating the proposed objectives in a technical meeting on 30 October 2021.

Subsequently, the working group will continue with the adjustment process to bring the final objectives to the X Interamerican Summit where the participants will work on the formulation of the KPI's and the commitments of the NSOs to the Regional Plan.

PESTEL Analysis

The results of the analysis of EXTERNAL factors that affect Scouting in the Interamerican Region, carried out through open consultation to all adults of the Interamerican Scout Region, are presented.

They are classified in Opportunities and Risks in the Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Legal factors.

  • Average score of the level of impact that each objective has had for NSOs in the last 3 years. (Rating from 1- low impact to 5- high impact)
  • Percentage of compliance with the Objectives of the Regional Plan to date.

From the total consolidated report, only the criteria with results below the threshold percentage of compliance (70%) were selected. For the relationship graph, the criteria were classified into two: those with a result between 51% and 70% and those with 50% or less.
